- Initial Support: Assistance with launching and implementing the system in the local market.
- Technological Infrastructure: Access to continuously updated technical and software solutions of the network.
- Exclusivity: Guaranteed exclusivity for the selected country.
- Shared Revenue (Revenue Share):
- 50% for the Master Franchise Partner (Your share)
- 50% for the EXTRA SERVICES system owner (Payment for system rental and support)
- Management Autonomy: The Master Franchise Partner has full authority to define the business strategy and operational management of the network in the selected country.
- Marketing and Sales Freedom: You have full freedom to choose marketing channels, promotional strategies, and pricing for partners/franchisees within the country.
OPTION 2: MASTER FRANCHISE (Equity Purchase / Full Ownership)
This option represents the maximum level of autonomy, profit, and marketability for the Master Franchisee, who becomes the full owner of the respective entity.

- Technological Infrastructure: Access to continuously updated technical and software solutions of the network.
- Exclusivity: Guaranteed exclusivity for the selected country.
- 100% Income for You: All income generated by the system (partners, franchisees, advertisers) belongs 100% to the Master Franchisee. Therefore, no ongoing shares (Royalties) are paid to the system owner.
- Total Business Autonomy: Full control over strategy, management, marketing, and all operational procedures within the selected country.
- Transferability of Ownership: The Master Franchisee has the right to freely trade (sell or transfer) this ownership/share, giving the investment high liquidity and appreciation potential.
