I'm holding my favorite drill in my hand,a spark of experience in my eyes,and a plan in my head on how to turn an empty wall in the living room into the perfect spot for a beautiful new shelf.For over 10 years,I've been working under the company EXTRA SERVICES,and installing home accessories is my daily bread.Over the years of practice,I've learned that every installation,every new task is unique.Every wall has its secrets,and every customer has their own style and requirements.
Today,I was in a family house on the outskirts of the city,where a young couple had just moved in.The living room is spacious and bright,but it's missing that special touch,that warmth of a home.My task is to install a new bookshelf,hanging cabinets for decorations,and modern LED lighting.I start with measuring and planning.I always visualize the final result of my work before I even reach for my tools.
I install the bookshelf with maximum precision.I know it will serve as the focal point of the room,so I make sure it’s perfectly level and stable,so the clients don’t have to worry about it falling on their heads.I use a spirit level,a laser measurer,and high-quality screws.Safety first.Customers often think that mounting a shelf is easy,but the opposite is true.It’s important to consider the wall material,the weight of the shelf,and of course,the quantity and distribution of books.
Next come the hanging cabinets.These are a bit more challenging since they need to be assembled first and then mounted at the exact height and distance from each other.I use special wall anchors that ensure the cabinets will stay secure even under heavy loads.Customers often request that the cabinets be aligned with the top edge of the window,so I have to be extremely precise.
Finally,I install the LED lighting,which adds a modern and cozy atmosphere to the room.I use LED strips,which are easy to bend and shape.Customers want the lighting to be hidden behind the shelf and cabinets,so I have to be very careful not to damage the furniture while still meeting their expectations.Once the installation is complete,I inspect the room and make sure everything is in order.The customers are thrilled and thank me for my great work.I know I’ve done an excellent job,and that makes me very happy.
The next day,I move on to an office building in the city center.My task is to install new blinds in the meeting room.The meeting room is quite large,entirely glass-walled,so it’s important that the blinds are high-quality and fully functional.I use aluminum blinds,which are very durable and easy to operate.Installing blinds is relatively simple,but I have to be careful not to damage the windows or their frames.I use special screws that easily fit into the window frame.Customers want the blinds installed in a way that allows them to be controlled easily from anywhere in the room,so I need to think ahead and put myself in their shoes.
Once the installation is complete,I test the blinds to ensure they work properly.The customers are satisfied and thank me for the quick and professional job.Once again,I know I’ve done good work that I can be proud of.Every day,I face new challenges and meet new customers.And I love it.I enjoy meeting new people.Every task is an opportunity to showcase my craftsmanship and professionalism.I'm truly proud of my work and the fact that I can help people enhance their homes and offices.
