It is also necessary to specify all the areas that the company will clean and whether the tenants want their windows cleaned, and how often. In multi-story buildings with elevators, it must also be mentioned whether the company will clean this area. Nowadays, it is also common for tenants to agree and hire a company at various intervals to paint the building and clean up afterward. In such cases, it is better to look for a company that provides both services. This is a simpler solution, especially in terms of time, as it may be difficult to find a second company that can clean after the painting is done. If you hire a company that provides both services, you have one less thing to worry about.
It is also important when choosing a cleaning company to look at customer satisfaction reviews or ask around and focus more on recommendations from someone who has already had such an experience and used or is using their services. Today, almost all apartment buildings use these services, so finding a good and reliable company should not be a problem. Perhaps this may seem bold to some, but one of the requirements could also be for the employees to be friendly and considerate, especially if a tenant steps on a freshly cleaned floor.
